At the Taste of the West show in Exeter we saw Deli Farm charcuterie from Cornwall and we now stock their air-dried salami and coppa ham. All the meat is sourced from Cornish producers and the products are handcrafted using traditional methods and modern technology. A fabulous product. We also saw and now stock handmade artisan breads from Hobbs House bakery in Gloucestershire. The breads contain only a little yeast, no improvers or additives and have the most beautiful flavour.
