In the New Year we met Kath Gigg who is passionate about West Country cheeses. Each month we choose a West Country cheese and Kath supplies us with information and tasting notes, as well as an opportunity for customers to vote for the cheese on-line. Firm favourites so far are Aged Ducketts Caerphilly and Partridge Blue.
