Macmillan Coffee Morning...
come and beat the Barista! Friday 9th December, 9am - 12 noon

Hard to believe, but on Friday 9th December, we mark our one year anniversary...

The immense good will shown in the lead up to our re-opening has been there through thick and thin this year, so a very big thanks to all of you who have been as good as your word and supported us. We opened our doors at 6pm on Thursday 9th December to a long queue of smiling faces, and that’s pretty much how it’s been ever since, thanks!

Many of you will know that my Mum lost her battle with Leukaemia early this year (in fact 2 days before our full re-opening on 1st February), so she did not see the full fruition of our efforts, though she did make it over to help with our set up in December, and enjoyed her lunch at Provender with the rest of the family on Christmas day.

So, to mark our survival through our first year and to give something back to Macmillan Cancer Support, who are a fantastic charity, who offer tremendous support to those suffering from cancer and their loved ones at their most vulnerable, we will be hosting our very own Macmillan Coffee morning on Friday 9th December. Lets see if we can run out of seats, cups and coffee!

All proceeds from coffee sales from 9am-12noon will go direct to Macmillan.
